A competent product owner is one of the most important roles in the agile process. We are now looking for a Product Owner who has several years of experience in the IT industry and thus a great understanding of digital development processes and product development.

About the position
As a Product Owner you will have the main responsibility for two of our products in the energy industry, Collection Manager and Vision. You will have overall responsibility for the products which includes strategy, setting requirements and coordinating development. As responsible for the product team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver what is most useful to our customers. This means both prioritizing what the team should work on, and supporting the team in how to design it. In your day-to-day work, you will lead your team of scrum masters, developers and testers, and your tasks will involve contributing from idea to proposal to implementation.

- Lead and support the team to ensure on-time high quality deliveries that provides value to customers
- Create basis for decision-making and hold a prioritized backlog of the decided deliveries
- Establish and maintain deep market knowledge and close contact with our customers

Skills and competences
Ideal candidates will have the following experience, skills, knowledge, and personal characteristics
- Energy industry domain knowledge
- Knowledge and experience from utilities.
- Leadership (to be able to grow into VP R&D)
- Team player and outstanding ability to work with others
- Experience with SCRUM software development
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite, Bitbucket, and TeamCity
- Experience with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with software architecture
- High personal integrity, energy, and sense of urgency
- High curiosity and ability to investigate and learn new domains and technologies
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel occasionally
