What you do in your role as Support Manager?
I plan and manage resources and try to optimise the flow of support, work on support issues related to Meter Data Management and is a member of Management. For me, it is important that everyone enjoys their work and that it´s fun to go to work. Customer support is an important part of our business.
How do you keep skills and knowledge up to date?
I follow various forums, subscribe to many of the industry's newsletters and I am a member of the Swedish Power Grid's technical group (ETG).
I like to visit our customers to see and learn how to work in different ways. We learn best from each other.
Is there a customer you are particularly proud to work with?
I am proud to work with ALL our customers. The contact with the customer is the best part and to be able to assist and make everyday work easier for someone else.
What do you think characterises Avance Metering as a company?
We are a small company where all employees are passionate about their work and give their all!
Is there any solution you are particularly proud of that we have achieved?
Yes, our Vision plattform gives you a good overview of what's happening in your network area.
Can you describe how our solutions help our customers' business?
If we connect Collection Manager with our Vision platform, the customer gets a modern and attractive system to operate in.
Meter Data Management can also be connected to the Vision platform and the customer can be presented with a meter point overview that is fantastic.
